This policy explains how DMBound processes personal data collected through this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. What Data We Collect

We only collect the personal data you choose to provide through our forms, which may include: first and last name, email address, phone number, country of residence/incorporation, company name, and the content of your message or enquiry.

3. Why We Use It (Purpose & Legal Basis)

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the information you request — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to, or in the course of, a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Where you submit a request for an introduction or an expression of interest, to follow up with you and, where appropriate, arrange an introductory call — on the same bases.
• Where you separately opt in, to send you occasional updates from DMBound — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link; this does not affect the other purposes above.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

4. Service Providers (Processors)

To run this website and handle submissions we rely on third parties who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• FormSubmit — delivery of contact-form submissions by email.
• Google (Workspace, Forms, Sheets) — email and storage of enquiries.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for any follow-up, and then for a reasonable period for administrative and legal purposes, after which it is deleted.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, email davide@dmbound.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for security and basic operation of the site.
